Beth Sholom Men’s club, a vibrant part of the Beth Sholom community, invites every male congregant to join, to further strengthen our synagogue through fellowship. Our mission is to support Beth Sholom activities while building male camaraderie. We also plan and sponsor events that are of particular interest to our constituency.
Below is a list of activities we lead or support each year:
We organize and execute a team of master cookers at the Anshei Barbque Cooking Contest each fall
We organize simple construction projects at Beth Sholom – such as building and then enlarging our beautiful Sukkah
We sponsor and attend the Annual December Birthday party at the Memphis Jewish Home
We plan and sponsor the World Wide Wrap
We build ramps for MIFA
We plan Redbirds Baseball game outings, complete with Kosher Hot Dogs, for our membership
We plan an annual Membership Dinner with special guest speaker
Membership dues are only $28.00 per year and are used directly to fund the many projects and activities we plan each year. Please consider joining Men’s Club. We welcome your involvement.
